【黄曦简介】 免疫学博士,广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授,中山医学院免疫学教研室主任,国家级基础医学实验教学中心主任,“百人计划”引进人才,中山大学中山医学院教授,博士生导师,热带病防治研究教育部重点实验室PI,广东省免疫学会常务理事,广东省病毒学专业委员会理事,全国医学院校统编教材《医学微生物学》副主编。1994获中山医科大学与中国预防医学科学院病毒学研究所联合培养博士学位。1994-1996年在美国密歇根大学医学院接受博士后训练,1996-2008年在美国韦恩州立大学医学院先后担任研究科学家、助理教授、副教授(Associate Professor)等职,作为美国NIH R01课题负责人(PI)主持多项抗感染免疫和细胞生物学研究课题,组建和领导抗感染免疫与调控机制研究实验室,在抗感染免疫的病理损害及其分子调控机制、模式识别受体的信号转导与负调控机制研究方面开展了一系列原创性工作。2008年全职回国后,作为课题第一负责人主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、国际合作项目、国家重大传染病专项、广东省自然科学基金重点项目、广东省引进创新团队项目、广东省“珠江学者”资助项目等多项基金,总资助金额达3000多万元人民币。

【研究方向】:黄曦教授致力于抗感染免疫与炎症的信号转导与分子调控机制等前沿领域的研究,探讨模式识别受体(PRR)包括Toll样受体(TLR)、Nod样受体(NLR)、RLH和TREM及PRR负调控分子等天然免疫调控的作用及其机制,阐明细菌性(如:绿脓杆菌、结核分枝杆菌等)和病毒性(如登革热病毒、艾滋病病毒等)疾病的天然免疫调控机制,深入研究病原体感染导致的免疫病理损害机制,为进一步寻找可能的药物作用靶点和防治机制提供科学的理论依据。
