个人简介:

       现任中山大学中山医学院副院长、生物化学教研室主任。1997年获中山医科大学生物化学专业博士学位,1999.1-2002.5期间在美国进行博士后研究工作,2004年晋升教授、博士生导师。担任广东省基因操作和生物大分子产物工程技术研究中心主任,海洋微生物功能分子广东省高校重点实验室主任。入选教育部首届新世纪优秀人才计划、广东省高等学校千百十工程国家级培养对象、宝钢优秀教师、广东省特支计划领军人才,享受国务院政府津贴。         
   当选广东省生物化学和分子生物学学会理事长,中国生物化学和分子生物学学会理事,中国生物化学和分子生物学学会医学分会常务理事,中国生物化学和分子生物学学会脂质与脂蛋白专业委员会委员,中国生物化学和分子生物学学会代谢专业委员会委员。
    
主讲博士生、硕士生、本科生等多层次课程;指导博士生、硕士生40余人(含在读),毕业研究生100%就业率,主要去处是高校、三甲医院、科研院所和出国留学等;主编人民卫生出版社规划教材护理本科《生物化学》第二、三版;主编华中科技大学出版社全国高等医药院校实验教学示范中心“十二五”规划教材《生物化学实验》;参加人民卫生出版社八年制规划教材《生物化学》第二版、人民卫生出版社五年制规划教材《生物化学》第七版、《医学分子生物学》第二、三版、《生物化学》英文教材首版的编写,副主编科学出版社《医学分子细胞生物学》;负责国家级继续医学项目“疾病的分子生物学基础”;广东省精品课程“生物化学与分子生物学”和中山大学精品课程“分子医学技能”负责人。
     1999.1-2002.5期间,在美国进行博士后研究工作,研究糖尿病视网膜病新生血管的发生机制和治疗,在Diabetes , Journal of Biological Chemistry 等杂志发表论文6篇(第一作者3篇,通讯作者1篇)。
    2002年6月回国组建实验室,建立了一支团结协作、积极进取的队伍,目前本课题组有在职青年教师4名,近三年晋升教授1名、副教授2名。研究方向为肿瘤等病理性血管新生的发生机制和生物治疗,近年来开展的另一研究方向为肿瘤、糖尿病糖脂代谢异常关键分子的作用和调控。作为主持人已获得国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大新药专项课题、美国中华医学会CMB基金、教育部科学技术研究重点项目、教育部高等学校博士学科点基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、广东省自然科学基金团队项目、重点项目、广州市科技计划项目等约2000万元基金的资助;团队其他成员获得科研基金约500万元。 研究成果已发表SCI收录论文近60篇(通讯作者38篇),被引1766次,h-Index 21(引自Scopus,ID7403171158)。研究成果“人纤溶酶原K5及其突变体治疗血管增生性疾病的作用及分子机制”获高等学校(教育部)和广东省科学研究优秀成果自然科学二等奖(2009年)各一项(第一完成人)。获发明专利授权2项。
