个人简介:

中山大学中山医学院人类病毒学研究所教授,博士生导师。1992-1996和2000-2005年分别就读于武汉大学生命科学学院病毒学专业和微生物学专业,获理学学士和理学博士学位。2005-2010年在美国宾西法尼亚大学和佛罗里达州立大学做博士后研究,研究肿瘤病毒KSHV (Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus)感染与复制相关的MAPK信号通路。2010年2月起在美国Sanford-Burnham医学研究所从事自噬反应和肿瘤信号传导研究。发现KSHV感染过程中ORF45介导的ERK-RSK信号持续活化,并阐明其机制和功能,以及发现泛素连接酶RNF5介导的自噬反应调控及其对细菌感染的抵御作用。2011年获批中山大学“百人计划”引进人才,2012年全职加入中山医学院人类病毒学研究所。现从事肿瘤病毒(EBV和KSHV)和自噬反应研究。先后在Trends Biochem Sci.,PLoS Genet., J Virol., J Biol Chem.等杂志以第一或主要作者发表文章20余篇。
