个人简介:

研究方向

真核复杂类型细胞如干细胞/免疫细胞等基因转录后调控的机制研究正越来越受到研究者的关注。相比转录水平(组蛋白修饰,DNA修饰,转录因子等),转录后调控(RNA加工,稳定性调控等)对于细胞来说,它消耗能量更少,更便于细胞精细调控,满足复杂细胞应对发育分化/抗炎应急等外来信号的需求。本研究组围绕snoRNA可参与调控mRNA水平这一新发现,展开以下科学问题的探索。

 

1.snoRNA调控mRNA3'末端加工的机制

2.除了参与经典的rRNA/snRNA的甲基化/假尿嘧啶修饰的功能,snoRNA是否会组装到非经典的蛋白复合物,而会有其他的功能?

3. snoRNA是否能通过调控靶mRNA水平而参与干细胞分化的命运决定?

重要学术研究成果与贡献:

2017年在《Nucleic Acids Research》以主要通讯作者发表snoRNA概念与功能突破性进展研究,Article被评为NAR Breakthrough Article.首次揭示snoRNA可能在真核生物mRNA3'末端加工中发挥功能,并应邀在《RNA Biology》上发表point-of-view论文。
2014年在《EMBO J》以并列第一作者首次报道mRNA3'末端加工因子Fip1调控小鼠胚胎干细胞全能性的作用机制。
2012,2013年在《PNAS》,《RNA》以第一作者报道mRNA3'末端加工因子CstF64, CstF64Tau iCLIP实验结果,揭示了mRNA 3'末端加工和APA调控的机制。
2011年在《RNA》以第一作者报道DNA和RNA oligo可以促进聚合酶核酶反应活性的研究进展。
