Prof.  Qiang Yu简介：

Prof.  Qiang Yu received his M.B. from Qingdao University Medical College in 1985, and his Ph.D. in major of Cancer Pharmacology from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 1998. From 1998 to 2002, he got his postdoc. training in the division of Molecular Pharmacology at National Cancer Institute, USA. In 2002, he joined Genome Institute of Singapore as a principle investigator, only few years later, got promoted to a Senior Group Leader. His research interest is still on molecular pharmacology for cancer therapy. His group has published more than 45 research papers on Cancer Cell, Molecular Cell, Genes&Development, PNAS,  Cancer Research and Oncogene etc.  He also is the editor and/or board member of Frontiers Oncology, Molecular Cancer, International Journal of Biochemistry and Cell Biology.
