主讲人简介：

Dr. Rikke Norregaard is an associate professor in the Institute of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University Hospital, Denmark. She gained her Ph.D. in Medicine in Aarhus University, Denmark, 2007. She was appointed as an assistant professor soon after she completed her postdoctoral training and was promoted to an associate professor in 2012.

By taking integrative approaches involving molecular biology, cell biology, and whole animal experiments, Dr. Norregaard has investigated molecular mechanism of renal water and sodium handling in complex kidney diseases, including obstructive nephropathy, acute kidney injury and renal transplantation, in particular, she emphasized an important role of COX-2 and prostaglandins in these pathophysiological conditions. Dr. Norregaard has more than fifty publications on per reviewed academic journals and book chapters，e.g. Am J Physiol Renal Physiol, Kidney Int., J Am Soc Nephrol, and Acta Physiol Scan.
