转发： Information on the 3rd Scientific Symposium of the Institut Pasteur International Network

The Pasteur Institute in Paris will host its 3 rd Pasteur Institutes international network scientific symposium from November 29 th to December 2 nd . This year the symposium will seek to provide fresh perspectives on all aspects of basic research, both clinical and operational that could lead to identification, validation and development of new biomarkers for human health.
 
The discovery of new biomarkers and their translation into health interventions are crucial to face the challenges presented by human diseases. Better tools are strongly needed for the detection and surveillance of diseases at the epidemiological level as well as the diagnosis and monitoring of infections and conditions at the clinical level. Their development, including in low and middle-income countries, will be increasingly important in the advent of personalized medicine.
 
Under the scientific leadership of Professor Françoise Barré-Sinoussi, 2008 Nobel Laureate in Medicine, and Doctor Sara Eyangoh, Scientific Director of the Centre Pasteur in Cameroon, the symposium is open to all scientists, clinicians, and public health experts from both communicable and non-communicable diseases fields, belonging or not to the Institut Pasteur International Network.
 
To ensure consistency, all abstracts are to be submitted via the online abstract submission portal in English before July 18 th 2016, 12.00 pm (Paris Time) .
