主讲人简介：

Dr. Balogh is the Editor-in-Chief of the Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology, and Medicine (Elsevier) journal since 2008. He scaled NNBM from an upstart scientific journal with 5 people to 20 editors and a Distingushed Editorial Board, building out infrastructure, finding and qualifying customers, recruiting editors and editorial board members. As a result of steady improvement the 2013 IF of NNBM now stands at 5.98, (5 Year IF=7.01).

He is the Principal of AA Nanomedicine & Nanotechnology Consulting that provides expert advice in nanomedicine and assesses technical feasibility of projects in Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine for private investors, scientific institutes, and government agencies since 2000.

Dr. Balogh is skilled in nanomedicine, drug discovery, and biomedical nanotechnology. Hybrid nanostructures for biologic, medical and materials applications in the broadest sense. R&D in nanomedicine, organic chemistry, dendrimer/polymer chemistry, with a special emphasis on synthesis and characterization of novel nanomaterials with designed properties. In vitro and in vivo interactions of nanoparticulate materials. Prevention, detection, and therapy of diseases.
