Mentor(导师)

         Prof. Ding obtained Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Normal University in 2002. He graduated from Peking Union Medical College as a Master of Medicine in 2005. He received PhD degree of science from National Institute of Biological Sciences, Beijing, in 2009. He engaged in post-doctoral study from 2009 to 2015 at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, NY, U.S.A,. Prof. Ding mainly works on popular biomedical fields such as the epigenetic regulation mechanism in embryonic stem cell, somatic cell reprogramming and early embryonic development, three-dimensional chromatin organization and phase separation. 30 SCI articles have been published in recent years (8 of them IF > 20, 20 of them IF > 10); Among the published papers, 14 were published as the corresponding author or first author (including co-first author), 6 of them IF > 20, 9 of them IF > 10, inculing Nature, Cell Stem Cell (two articles), Cell Research (two articles), Nature Communications (two articles), Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, etc.

        2002年6月毕业于北京师范大学，获理学学士学位。之后于2005年6月毕业于中国协和医科大学获医学硕士学位。2009年6月毕业于北京生命科学研究所，获理学博士学位。后于2009年9月开始在美国西奈山医学院（Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, NY, U.S.A.）进行博士后研究至2015年底。研究工作主要集中在胚胎干细胞、体细胞重编程、早期胚胎发育的表观遗传学调控机制、染色质三维结构、相分离等热门生物医学领域。近年共发表SCI论著30篇（8篇IF>20，20篇IF>10）；其中以通讯或一作（含共同）发表论著15篇（6篇IF>20，9篇IF>10），包括Nature、Cell Stem Cell（两篇）、Cell Research（两篇）、Nature Communications（两篇）、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology等。
