主要研究方向

(1)线粒体损伤早期感知机制:研究氧化应激、膜电位下降等早期损伤信号如何被细胞识别,关注泛素修饰及细胞器接触点在线粒体损伤应激中的具体作用。

(2)内源免疫通路与线粒体质量控制:探索cGAS-STING、NLRP3及NF-κB等天然免疫信号通路如何调控线粒体自噬和动力学重塑,阐明内源免疫通路与线粒体修复之间的交互关系。

(3)线粒体应激与细胞命运决定:研究线粒体应激下UPRmt、整合应激反应与细胞死亡通路的转换,解析线粒体状态如何影响细胞衰老或死亡的选择。
