个人简介 

2002-2004年,美国弗吉尼亚州立大学(VCU),博士后培训;

2005-2008年,美国加利福尼亚大学(UCSB),研究助理;

2009年-至今,  中山大学中山医学院,百人计划引进人才。曾获中山大学优秀青年教师、合生珠江优秀青年教师等称号。

研究方向

  1. 宿主与虫媒病毒(登革病毒、寨卡病毒等)的互作
  • 寻找参与病毒复制、感染与致病的关键宿主因子,阐明作用机制,为抗病毒药物提供靶点
  • 细胞抵抗病毒感染的应答,包括固有免疫应答、细胞死亡、未折叠蛋白反应、应急颗粒形成等的机制
  • 揭示病毒如何利用宿主元件、逃逸宿主细胞免疫防御的分子机理

2. 抗病毒药物的筛选。筛选具有抗病毒活性的小分子药物,阐明它们的作用机制。
